The new Reisterstown office will be fully staffed with an attorney and support staff.
With a full-time General Practice attorney in Reisterstown, the office will be able to assist Marylanders with matters including Family Law (Divorce, Custody, Child Support, and Adoption), Criminal Defense (DIU, Summary, Misdemeanor, and Felony offenses), Civil Litigation, Estate Planning, Business Formation, and other matters. Besides the general practice, Mooney Law has several Partners licensed to practice in Maryland. Attorney Mark Buterbaugh handles Maryland workers’ compensation cases before the Maryland Workers’ Compensation Commission and also handles Personal Bankruptcy cases before the US Bankruptcy Court of the District of Maryland. Attorney Jason Imler handles Maryland Auto Accidents and Wrongful Death matters. Attorney Clayton Lingg brings his expertise in Estate Planning, Estate Administration, and Elder Law to Maryland.
